Dear Brother and Companion Charity Steward,
Following rigorous planning during the last year, we are now fully focused on the forthcoming launch of the 2026 Festival, which will be on 1 January 2020.
You will have received an invitation to a ‘Special Event‘ at Oakley House to be held on Monday 30 September at 7pm. This date is the 5th Monday of the month, which has been specifically chosen to avoid potential clashes with other lodge or chapter meetings.
The evening will consist of a 2-course meal which will be provided free of charge by the province, followed by an introduction by the Provincial Grand Master and a detailed presentation on the Masonic Charity Foundation and the Festival fundraising.
Given the critical importance of this event, it is absolutely essential that every charity steward should be in attendance there – please ensure this date is highlighted in your diary.
During the next few weeks, each of you will receive a comprehensive information pack which will acquaint you with the requirements for charity stewards during the Festival period and assist your lodge or chapter to successfully meet its objectives.
